Photo Exhibition

Now through October 17th

At the University of the Arts

Terra Building, 211 S. Broad St

10th Floor

Kate Bisono, Lauren Chaika, and I have a display of our favorite photos from our amazing trip to Ghana, West Africa.

During our stay we taught at St. Theresa’s Vocational High School for Students with Special Needs and In My Father’s House Children’s Village, a K-8 school and orphanage.

Please take time to visit the show and share our memories. Our photos will be auctioned off starting at $15. The proceeds will go towards new laptops and art supplies for the schools. You have until the 17th to bid. We appreciate your support!

These photographs represent the past, present, and future of Ghana. My time spent visiting proved to be a life changing experience. I was immersed in a new culture, I saw evidence of economic growth, and was exposed to a history that cannot be taught through textbooks. The relationships I built will influence me for a lifetime. -Lauren Fields, MAT 2014

Below are images that are also available as prints with each donation to our cause. Please contact me if you are interested in a print of any size. lauren.m.fields@gmail.com
